The first session of the DigCCurr (Digital Curation Curriculum) Institute: Curation Practices for the Digital Object Lifecycle Professional Institute was held at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill on May 17-25, 2010. The Institute “is designed to foster skills, knowledge, and community-building among professionals responsible for the curation of digital materials”. A follow-up session will be held January 5-6, 2011. A report on the first session has been published in the November/December 2010 issue of D-Lib Magazine.
