Just a week from today we’ll be hearing keynote speaker Lee Rainie from the Pew Internet and American Life Project kick off Internet Librarian 2005! Inside Information Today, we’re scurrying to make the last few signs, print badges, check and double-check the registration files, and pack our bags to head for California. The truck with the proceedings, most of the signs, and the conference bags and materials left the Medford office last week, and our staff follows late this week.
The final program is posted on the Internet Librarian 2005 web site, so take a look and begin to plan which sessions you’ll attend each day. As usual, it’s going to be tough to choose. I just went through the schedule myself, and it was good to realize that our blog team would be covering the sessions I might miss, and vice versa. Check back frequently — the ITI Show Daily@Internet Librarian 2005 Blog will bring you 24/7 coverage next week at the conference.
